build a Website: 1. User registration. Register with email and user. Email confirmation. User if available. Password minimum 10. Users can write to each other 2. Articals. Option to add article. Article can added only by registered users. Article can contain text and pics. Online html editor. Every article added, will add also email of recipient, notes and place to write price for the article. Every article have "subject" and category, sub category. 3. After sending article it will send to administrator to approve. 4. People (registered) can add comments to article. 5. Administration. Admin can add \ change \ edit everything. When article from user arrived admin can approve or to send to recipient mail to check. 6. Website with nice and minimal interface. Security is very important. Site need to be multilingual, RTF support. (user can choose is lang). default is RTL – Hebrew. About page. Contact us page. 7. Forums.
