Maintenance and development of a downloader in VB

We have an application written i VB6. This downloads stockquotes from our server and temporarily stores them in an sqlite db before writing it to Metastockfiles and in the future, also to ascii-files. I want to outsource this project since there are a few bugs left in it. I also wants some new functionality like writing to textformatted file and to minimize the application to the tray in the right corner when not active. I see this project as a maintenance project, running over a period of at least six months, maybe longer where I release the money from rentacoder monthly in equal portions and expect the programming done meanwhile according to the goals setup together with you. The application is today using download functionality but must be better in these areas: Downloading via simple firewalls like Norton Personal firewall and Windows XP firewall.
