Limited control of USB device

Hello, I need the assistance of a coder experienced in Visual Basic .NET and Delphi. I have purchased a USB device called the “CD Library Manager (DC-101).?? More information on the device can be found at: [login to view URL] Software for controlling the device, written in Delphi, was also included and can be download at: [login to view URL] (Note: You will not be able to run the software if the device is not attached to the PC) I would like to have some limited control of the device from my own application, written in Visual Basic .NET. The software that came with the device is more of a record management system. I only need the following capabilities in my own application: ? ? •? ? Power On ? ? •? ? Power Off ? ? •? ? Reset ? ? •? ? Go to specific CD slot number & eject CD ? ? •? ? Go to next CD slot number & eject CD ? ? •? ? Go to previous CD slot number & eject CD ? ? •? ? Eject current CD ? ? •? ? Return status of device Control of the device can be in the form of a class, module, or external .dll. A sample application to test out the functionality must be provided, preferably in Visual Basic .NET. The test application must demonstrate all the functions above, and also show a current status of the device (i.e. whether it is connected to the PC, if it is the middle of an operation, etc.). Status is important as to handle exceptions. I have included as much information as I can in the attachment provided. Hopefully someone can handle this without the actual device in hand to test with. I will be more than happy to communicate via e-mail and aid in testing and development.
