Fix VB desktop program and extend compatibilty to Win98/2000

(this is all inclusive to part I of the project) - Complete VB shareware program needs to be fixed. Any crashes and error problems must be solved, the desktop wallpaper feature is one of hte main problems. Trial function needs to be working AND tested. The program is currently compatible with Win XP. Compatibility needs to be extended to Win2k, Win ME, and a less featured version (transparency off/etc) for Win98. This all will be tested by coder and myself, and EACH submission for update will include program source and independent end user setup file. The program must be ready-to-run from setup on a WinXP or Win2k system fresh install without any additional files needed.
