Excel application modifications

I have a model Excel application (attached) and I need to use it as a model for a new app - a much simpler one. Most of the TA sheets can come out as well as the system building sheet. 1) I need to fix the stock upload/download(getting new quotes/symbols) logic - now broken for some reason and wont get new symbol or price data.... 2) implement new logic (algorithm will be provided to winner only) - simple but must be QA'd... 3) be able to run a test on the new logic only with certain parameter entries. (3 in fact) - that logic is already coded but it is far more complex what I need. I need to run only my rules and there is no need to custom build any... 4) display results as graphs and sheet (most code is already there) but I need to color code certain phases of the chart) - I am not sure if that is possible in exel. I also like arrows to show buy and sell points. I provide a graphical picture top explain what I need it is called a paintbar study (attached) Most of the work is ripping the code out and leaving the logic intact. The new buy/sell logic is well documented and very clean (will be 50% of work involved) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I use excel 97 but I would love you to test it on higher lever platforms too, 2000, 2003 if possible (I own office 2000 but never use it)
