Employee Shift

I'd like a program that will do the late-nite shifts for the employees in our company. The program should be able to pick up the names of the employee from the database randomly and create a report. The administrator should be able to edit the schedule according to their needs. It should also check if the employee is on leave so it doesn't pick them. so basically **the program should be able to let the user: ** 1 - Enter the employee details ..empid,name,jobtitle,dept, status (if on leave or available) 2- Enter the public holiday dates 3- Create Reports (Employee who are on leave, Public holidays and Shifts Schedule) 4- The employee should be able to save each report and open them anytime he/she wishes **there are certain criterias to create the shift schedule** 1- there are 2 level of employee supervisor and regular employee. 2- Everyday 1 supervisor should be available during the shift and 2 regular employees. 3- Employees should NOT be from the same department 4- Shifts are divided in 3 categories, weekdays, weekends and public holidays..... a) Weekday shifts start from Monday-Thursday and the employees change everyday... b) Weekend shifts (Friday,Sat & Sunday) have the same employees so the same employees who are on duty that day are the same for the rest of the weekend c) public holidays shift duty contain 1 supervisor and 4 employees. 5 - The Admin1 should be able to Read/Add/Edit/Delete the records Admin2 should be able to Edit/Add/Read the records Regular users should be able to just read the records ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I'm using Visual Basic 6.0 Windows XP Office 2000 products In addition to delivering the program source code i'd like the exe of the file
