Specification for Custom Code for Web Based GIS Application (1882381)

We require a web based custom mapping tool for two separate purposes but with common sql table based icon set which will be used to draw lines, polygons etc in addition to the data displayed from the database as discussed in the current process below. We have developed a dot net based application for Emergency Services Agencies, the back end is Microsoft SQL Server 2008, we currently have developed our own integration with Google Maps to display location of resources, tasks etc on a map live from the database in different views depending upon the incident **Data Provided** A sample of the code for the above (resources and groups) mapping is in the attached zip as **[login to view URL]** The sample symbology required to be in the toolbox for drawing is in the attached zip as a SQL 2008 backup format **[login to view URL]** the table name (only one in db is tblSymbology) note that different themes are in the table and will be used by different users so a theme drop down is required. **Functionality Required** 1. **Load Symbology set based on user selected theme** 2. **a) select a graphic from the db table and place on map and b) do line drawing can be from another table in db or within drawing toolbox to draw lines, polygons, etc change shape of polygon and fill polygons with color , chnage line thickness , direction, label name etc See example site of this at [[login to view URL]][1]** 3. **Save the drawing data on a map layer named by user (can be local file)** 4. **Ability to reload and modify above file at any time plus Save as capability** ## Deliverables see attched file for sql db table in backup format plus existing mapping code, all this in place we onyl need the additional drawing,saving and editing capability referred to above
