Simple Twilio Setup

How are your Twilio skills? If you're great with Twilio, I need a simple call flow set up. Just need to have a Toll Free Twilio # ring to a cell phone and then be able to have the person leave a voicemail if we don't answer. The voicemail recordings need to be stored and we need to be notified by email or text of that recording so we can play it back. This work will lead to a much larger Twilio application needed in the future to route many calls and hook to our CRM. For now, let's start with this simple call flow.
