ahp on php

we intend to develop on database ERP, using AHP tool, please advise, there is list of "shops where product is available" , table 1 there is list of my "customer function", table 2, there is list of my employee, who is rank ordering, table 3, there are judgments made each day by some employee, table 4, recording judgement, my employees goes for new judgement on new day, he first fills two fields "shops where product is available" three shops of his choice, then he enters "customer function" only one out of available few, ( or he can make new function,) now he can search if there is any history available for "shops " he has chosen ( three numbers. ) from other employees AHP rankordering, and he makes his view looking to name of employees and their experiments on AHP, from the history detabase, later he enters his choices on AHP model, and his view is also recorded. for others to see and save their time. there will be moderator also behind who will moderate all employees AHP judgements, after moderation experiments will be displayed. please advise, is there anyone interested, please send your RFP ( we can pay for RFP ) and for software delivery also, all IPR belongs to purchaser. thanks Bm.Dev. from BmDevSoftech pvt ltd.
