Banner rotator

I need a banner rotation script (well possibly two) The script would preferably be written in php, and may use an sql database if needed. I need the ability to run the smaller 180*100 size banners in the rotator and it must be 100% random It must be capable of showing jpg, gif, and all manner of images. I need it to be able to accept both, a timeframe or impression entry (setup banenr ad to last set number months, years, or X number of impressions) Logins for clients with click through statistics would also be handy, but not essential (I understand this would make a difference in price so please quote both options?) An admin control panel must be available to add or edit customers banners/impressions or times if this is installed) I also need the same script for a 168*60 banner rotator. Now, to give you an idea of what it is going to be used for so you may know somethign I have left out is this. A friend of mine has built the following html site for himself at [login to view URL] and I want something similar (I wont list exact details) But I need the banner rotator for an application similar to this where I can enter banner details into one easy to use interface rather than hard coding each page. I hope this gives enough information as to my requirements. I would also expect that the script is without bugs and if any errors or bugs are encountered that it is fixed promptly and included in the quoted price. Additionally if the allocated budget is not enough then please let me know? I may be prepared to pay more if required.
