58065 rss filter + fake visitors

I need a script similar to the Fake Visitors script that can open selected URLs bounced off of anonymous proxy servers and set to emulate browser activity. It is a script that works very well with voting and rating sites and you enter your own proxy list and url list, then it does the rest. However, I need this script to generate its own URL list by grabbing numbers off multiple RSS feeds. I need it to them plug those numbers onto a few pre-defined URLs before generating a selected number of hits to each off bounced off the proxies. I also need it to auto-remove proxies from the list that time out. The proxy configuration should also have the ability to ping a selected url to test which proxies are up and running. I want this script to run off a server with real-time status and logs, requiring no clicks once set in motion so it can run in a backgrounded browser window. You can create a script for this or mix and match code to get it working for me. I will provide a copy of the Fake Visitors script for reference if need be.
