modifications and corrections to progress bar in open cart

Fix some small problems left unsolved by a previous freelancer (code is already in place): 1) Give warning and do not display progress bar when 2 or more baskets/boxes are chosen 2) change all the "if else" for task 1 to using an array instead so that the admins can add in new elements for specific model id if they need to add more baskets/boxes in the future to allow the code to work still 3) provide a few designs of the progress bar for admins to choose from 4) deleting an item from the SHOPPING CART will lead to a blank page. have to press backspace to load the refreshed page. rectify this? Please only take up if you have the confidence to correct all these
