Template for small website with article slider

Hi I need my student design implemented as a responsive Joomla/Wordpress CMS template. It should be an easy job for an experienced template developers and PHP programmer. Feel free to use any free add-ons such as smartresizer for images in articles etc. The functionality should include: The front page (see picture1) with the following structure (see picture2): A) Advertisement/Image area B) Advertisement/Image area C) login/join search - standard Joomla/wordpress/cms functions D) Logo area E) Main categories for articles E1) category1 Pocket news E2) category2 Pocket offer E3) category3 Pocket entertainment E4) category4 Pocket life F) Image/Article slider G) Footer1 H) Footer2 Asian characters can just be copied from the template file Here is the Workflow description for better understanding: 1) Slider function: - if a user click Up/down/ he or she will see all articles (slide through) in the category1 (\'Pocket news\' with colour blue) - if a user clicks Left/right he or she will change the category to Category 2,3, or 4, 1 and also change the background colour (red, green or yellow) as the category menu icons - then again if user changed to a new category he/she can again browse through the articles up/down 2)all other links should just bring up the related php/html website for example if someone clicks on \'About\' then they should see the about page please see example picture 3. 3)for all other links except about it can be an empty page for now. asian characters can be ignored at the moment 4)only main area (picture3) will always change when someone clicks another link as in footer etc. 5) If someone clicks or tabs on the category in the menu (please see E in picture 2) then this should happen: Please see now picture 4: New page and header only with 4 categories and logo - All articles should be listed in a category in form of pockets (heading and main image of article) - in the example here are 18 articles in category 1 (blue colour) visible but again the user can slide left/right to change the categories to 2,3,4 or click in the header to select the new category. - when a category changes then the pockets will change in their colour respectively. For example all pockets in category 2 are red framed 6) if someone then clicks/tabs on a pocket/image then the article should pop up as seen in picture 5) (again with the same background colour respectively) (javascript or jQuery popup) 7) The theme must be operational when using a tablet That\'s it :) 8) If you think you can provide all this in a more comfortable and quicker way by using a different CMS please recommend this in an initial message 9) Also I would like to take the successful freelancer on board for larger projects in the future
