System / management panel to manage requests made through a contact form on Wordpress - repost

We need a system / management panel to manage requests made through a contact form. The web was based on the DirectoryPress´s Wordpress theme. Web: [login to view URL] Consist of the following four parts: PART ONE (like a widget ) - external form which users ask budgets. This form would have the following fields: - State: 52 provinces of Spain . - Categories : The following titles are just to text mode. PART TWO - Internal Panel where the requests made by users are displayed. As the data collected in part one of an easy and simple way to see shown in picture would show . Would have to add a search engine which can search by date , category and provinces . Options to export to CSV and XML Select Options and delete multiple forms Organize applications by status : All , Pending , Sent and Trash. When we click on EDIT to go to part three . PART THREE - Panel display data collected in the application which are editable as shown in the picture. On the right side will show an application form where you can find the current registered database for two courses , provinces and companies category . These two fields already exist in the current data are based on : solicion_directorio.wp_terms (name) After showing all companies , these can be selected and adding on the left to save and / or send it to the person has asked the budget.
