Plugin and Template Customization - Display a collection of geolocations on a Google Map

We are currently using a template in Wordpress from Site Mile called Project Bidding Theme. Customers can post projects they need completed (including their location), and others can bid on completing these projects. What we want is to take the locations that are entered, and use these to display the projects on the Google Maps. We will be using an existing plugin for the Google Maps portion, we just need this tied into the location data in the template so it automatically displays on the Google Maps plugin and updates when new projects are added. 1) Use google maps plugin to display a collection of gathered geolocation points on a map, with data about this location and a link "more info" that will link to that projects page. 2) Query mysql Database and collect Location/address data from data fields associated with unique project ID in Wordpress Parse this data to a plugin (MapListPro) that builds a display for the locations. It is currently not known how MapListPro collects data. It seems that by default, the data is manually entered and stored in another mysql table. Automatically append to this data when a new project is submitted.
