New anti-cheat systems

1. I need to you to create another table named “suspend”. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (login page) in order to detect when a member logs in from a different country other than the one recorded in the database for that user. Example: User Id 85000 is in the database as from United States, but logs in from India (or any other country other than Unites States) then that USER ID needs to be added to the “suspend” table. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] also check if another account exist with the exact same “password”. If another account does exist with the same password then that USER ID needs to be added to the “suspend” table. Example: User 85000 logs in with password “money123”, but account 84300 has the same “money123” password, then that USER ID needs to be added to the “suspend” table. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] in order to suspend all USER IDs found in the “suspend” table. The idea is to find cheaters using proxies and members who have multiple accounts. I know this can be set to suspend the accounts “instantly” when they login, but then the users will know why they got suspended. Then they will just avoid doing that again and the anti-cheat system will no longer help in finding cheaters. I need to do this because somehow people manage to fool the fingerprint anti-cheat system you made me. Maybe they have many browsers installed in the same computer and because of that the site can’t detect multiple accounts. Important: Please leave all other anti-cheat systems the way they are.
