Edit video site ( adult site )

what i want done to my video site [login to view URL] this is a adult video site 1. add views to the categorys on the category page 2. ad a place in the admin for me to change the password i type the old password in then the new password 3. i want to be able to upload jpg banners and have the jpg banners to rotate and the soruce code banners and i want it to show the impressions and the clicks and i want to be able to delete the banners there is 47 different places for banners and some of them have 2 or 3 banners per place i will want this in a drop down and i will want the soruce code and the jpg in a drop down to for i can pick the one i want to use and i want the banners to have there own tab in the admin 4. i want the members to be able to delete there own Photo Album and Story and Embedded Video and Video 5. the top bar on the index page it is gold color i want the search boxes moved on top of the banner in the header 6. i want 4 tabs added to the gold bar on the index page and in the log in the admin and then go to site settings and then go to menu settings and i want the 4 spots added to main menu there will be spot for the name i want in the gold tab and then another box for the hyper link for it will take the person who clicks on it will take them to a website 7. i want you to make sure all the different types of email work and send out in the site when some one signs up to be a memmber of the site like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and so on 8. and before you tell me the job is done you will check every thing out in the site and make sure every thing is working right i dont like to be told every thing is done and then i check and nothing is working right after you check every thing on the site and it is working right then tell me and i will check it out then if every thing is working right then i will pay you and i will have another job for you if you want it php, database if you can do this job then i will have other jobs for you
