PHP / MySQL / LAMP Coder for Various Projects (second try)

Hi Everyone, I posted this ad a week ago and chose a provider. I have decided to look for another provider, that is why I am posting again. Original Ad: I am looking for a programmer with 3+ years of experience programming PHP and MySQL on a Linux (or other UNIX platform). The ideal candidate will have good spoken and written English skills and will be available for various amounts of time during the week. I could be using you for 1 hour and then sometimes for 30 hours. It depends on the workload. Basically I would have something for you to do (HTML, PHP etc) and send you an e-mail (or Instant Message) with the request. I would expect it to get done in a timely manner as agreed upon when I send it. I am interested in individuals only, not consulting companies or large outsourcing firms. The payment is USD $10 per hour. Payment is to be made through PayPal or other methods as agreed upon. I am in -6:00 GMT timezone and would prefer someone in Latin America (Bolivia, Venezuela etc) as it is closer than Eastern Europe or India. Still though, anyone willing to be available for a reasonable amount of time during my business hours is invited to apply. Please let me clarify what type of work I'm talking about. It includes 1) HTML changes to existing websitse 2) Fixes or additions to PHP scripts such as osCommerce 3) Fixes or additions to homemade PHP scripts Some of the work will be very easy (i.e., please replace this PDF on this website) and some will be more complex such as adding a new set of functionality to a job board.
