Website Re-Design / Creation / Programming

We're looking for a reputable web design / web programming firm to provide us with a COMPLETE redesign of our current website (which was originally developed by a firm with their own CMS - rather than an open source CMS). Website MUST be built on completely open source software (ex. joomla, drupal, mySQL, etc). Our website is currently market research based, thus, we require the following items to be setup on the back-end. - Profile for participants - along with the ability to create different type of user accounts based upon their activity level on our website (Note: our database size is currently around 100,000. You must be able to develop this database setup for significant sized databases) - so please note that accordingly - Email server configuration & design & setup to email participants weekly (with full unsubscribe feature and design) - Referral tracking (for referring friends, signing up for incentive offers, etc) - The creation of various subscription plans for companies - The ability for companies to create surveys on our website (and send surveys to participants based on demographics collected). In addition, this will require the integration of a custom shopping cart for companies to be charged based upon a number of factors that we'll provide. - Social Media connections (more information will be provided privately) - Complete data tracking on the back-end, with tracking of clicks for offers, outbound links, advertising, etc. - a complete CMS system backend to allow us to manage website content, advertising, and our database of participants and companies - The ability to import ALL of the data from our current system - The ability to search for relevant information / content on our website (And refine based on search criteria) - The ability to make our website accessible on mobile devices (either with HTML5) or smart-phone / mobile version accessible in some fashion.
