Internet TV site

We are a web development company and currently we have more work than we can perform. I need TWO sites completed with the SAME functions (basically two sites with the same functionality just different design) -We need a website capable of streaming live and prerecorded content from any media distribution platform such as Dcast, Netromedia etc. (you can test with dcast for free it is easy) -The website owner should be able to upload raw video to the server and choose if it is free for all to view or "only for members" from the admin panel. -The home page will always display free video for all to view - The members video page will only display videos to those who are members. We need the option to charge for a membership. - The admin panel should allow us to decide the amount of them memebership (one time payment only, not monthly) -Total number of pages is 4 (Home, contact us, about us, and members) Here is what we already have - We have both designs - We have the admin panel script - We will use the free flowplayer for the video player. This should be a quick project for someone that knows what they are doing.
