Django - Python - Javascript - Lead Developer

We are looking for a multi-talented and experienced developer or development firm to take over the responsibility as the lead developer for our project. We are developing a dynamic new search application and will have monthly follow-up projects. This first project involves updating our current code and adding new features to our application and CMS. You must have have the technical experience (Django, Javascript, etc.) and professionalism listed below. We are really looking for a partner that is extremely reliable, produces excellent code, and exceeds expectations. Please only bid if you have a rating of 9 or higher. We're looking for the best of the best! A general project overview is attached. A detailed project specification will be provided to the chosen firm once an NDA is signed. 2) Technical Expertise Critical Expertise Must have advanced knowledge and experience with the following: * Django * Python * mySQL * Javascript / AJAX / jQuery * Web Services / JSON / REST / SOAP / XML * CSS / XHTML Strong Familiarity Must have working knowledge and experience with the following: * Server-side o Debian OS o Lighttpd o Modpython o Memcache * Backend o PHP * Front-end o XUL (FireFox application language) o IE7/8 Extension framework 3) Expectations We're looking for an exceptional individual or firm to take on the role of our lead developer. This person/firm will receive monthly follow-on projects. Specific expectations are attached. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
