AJAX Animation

I'm building a website that will display articles. Each article has a 1) photo, 2) thumbnail of photo, 3) Title, 4) Teaser (50 words or so), 5) Body (text) The home page needs to display 3 or 4 feature articles in an AJAX animation. Once all the code has loaded, photos from the animation will pan from right to left. As each photo assumes the 1st position, the title from that story is updated, and the thumbnail and text below are displayed. If the user mouses over one of the sliding photos (or over the Story number), the animation slides that photo to the first position, and the thumbnail and text below are displayed.
