Java Screen Scraper - Fix Bugs

This is an important project and for experience coders with good ratings - at least a 9.5 rating on 20 projects or more, I will pay well for this project if you can deliver. I have 42 RAC projects with a 10 buyer's rating on all 42. This is a java based screen scraper and database application v1.3. I need to fix some bugs and add some features to create v1.5 There is one problem. While I have the installer/executable for v1.3, I only have the source code for v1.0. So the majority of this project is to take the v1.0 source code, fix about 30 bugs that represent the difference between v1.0 and v.1.3 and then add a few minor features to make v1.5 The deliverables include: 1) v1.5 application source code 2) v1.5 exe installer (installs db as the current 1.3 installer does) so I can click and install from scratch if necessary 3) The v1.3 database that I have on my system must be usable with the v1.5 application as I have data I still want to use. 4) I need a utility to help me remove bad records from the database caused by a minor data extraction bug in v1.3 that did not correctly parse one of the fields from the html page extraction logic. In the posted zip file, there is a txt file the outlines the requirements in more detail. I've also included the 1.0 source code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
