I'm looking for a great design studio, no offense but had many problems in the past with designers from India with crappy templates and unprofessional looking websites. I'm looking for a website good enough or better than State websites. My idea is for OregonActivities statewide. I will profit by seling advertising from all the businesses I list on the site. The sites similar are [login to view URL] in the sence of user butons, feel and listings but not want to copy exact. [login to view URL] in the sence of wanting to advertise coupons for the busineses and specials when necessary. I will hire a sales team Statewide and give them all the cash upfront start fee's and I will profit from the monthly fee's, I'm going to need a built in webpage designer tool so businesses that dont have a website, I can plug in a few pictures and general information, this will be back end. I want all of the webpages for this feature to look the same to kep it with the theme of the main site, these will just be used to feature businesses so they have a presence, nothing complicated. I will list all businesses for free in bild font black, will charge for clickable link in blue if they use their own website or pay for my template and charge another fee for a larger pic and info listing like in Oregoncoast site under hotels and lodging. I want to create a buzz so there will be free listings of all the businesses so the website is useful to everyone but want the businesses to want to upgrade to a paid link or larger ad presence. If I'm not making sence, feel free to call or msg board. I want to be on the same page with my design team. This is not my forst dance with Elance. If this works I will pay to create other exact sites for difference venues and pay same for each. I lost my job, I don't have much money but need to do something pretty quick to give me an income so please no outrageous prices, prefer US design team that can design on teir own server until site is ready and I will get a dedicated server for you to install and work out the kinks.\ I need very plug and play back end to do data entry work, install/upload pics, change and add info and also web templates. Want kind of a live feel like [login to view URL] so the website always has a fresh feel and not a boxed in lonely website feel. Oregon had a [login to view URL] for statewide weather camers and information to check areas in the State to see what the weather is like at all time, live. Would like to have access or links to it and be able to navigate back to mine without leaving permanently. Need a designer that knows all about google ads and any other sources of income I should be using on the site. Need to be mobile friendly. I will give all button names at the time of agreement. I want the website to continue to grow so the templates that are generated already has a place and link. I want a turn key very user friendly that can generate pages at will, there are thousands f businesses so there needs to be building spaces for thousands of pages. Server will be dedicated so space wont be an issue. I would also like to use the same team for any updates and changes in the fuuture I migt have. I want a longterm relationship with my team so we both win. The wedsite should be in greens since oregon is green and beautiful, need some kind of map to click areas and cities, nome nice flash with pics would be nice and a nice banner with beautiful backgrounds. Site needs to be built soon and not months. Don't bid of you don't know what your doing or too back logged with other work. I want open communications with my team to get the best results.
