Website (Wordpress) technical update: css-framework, responsive and speed-optimization

The project has three parts: 1. Framework-Change and making it Responsive: A website ( [login to view URL] ) which is done by using Wordpress ("XTremeOne Framwork 1.4.x" - [login to view URL] ) should be changed into an other more wider spread css-framework. Here your suggestions are pretty welcome! For example "bootstrap" or "foundation" or suggest any other, but tell us why you would suggest this one to help us on our decision. But keep in mind, that we have a wordpress-installation here and the website should be kept administrable. The look and feel (front-end-design!) should not touched and after changing the framework it should be 100% identically. 2. Error-Fix and Speed-up: Also errors should be fixed and the website should be speeded up, because it´s much too slow. As indicator should be used Google Page-Speed: [login to view URL] 3. Newsletter-Plugin change: The last thing which should be done, is to change an installed newsletter-plugin ( [login to view URL] ) into an other ( [login to view URL] ) which we bought. This should be not complicated, because there are export and import-functions for the email-addresses in both ones. What you´ll receive to work: I would setup the website as copy on a development-server and you could work on that. If we are ready with everything you could transfer it to new server. You´ll have for this FTP-access to both sites and also you have phpMyAdmin-Access. We expect that you are working in our project-management-tool ("redmine") and with skype to keep way of communication short. Therefore you´ll receive an email-contact-adress, skype-name and we add you to our redmine at project beginning. Rules for bidding: Please don't send me anything generic that promotes you or your team, no need for any examples, just confirm you have done it, can do it quickly and inexpensively, maybe even show me the prototype right away, and you will have a good chance of winning this project. Beside of this you can send me work-samples which are showing a comparable project. Rules of payment: I´ll place the whole amount of payment as two milestone-payments. First milestone will be released after you´ve done your work and I´ve checked it and everything went ok. Second milestone will be released later, after client has checked and accepted the way it´s done, also. NO UPFRONT PAYMENTS, NO PAYMENTS BEFORE COMPLETED WORK! Rules for development: The CSS-Framework, Plugin or Wordpress-Kernel e.g. should never be touched directly. Development has to be done in a child-theme only. This is important for keeping the whole page updateable! If changes are necessary we need to know and we have to discuss this. If confirmed changes on plugins or wordpress or frameworks are made, then the changes need to be documented very well! Every page should be kept as simple as possible to make it administrable for people without html-knowledge, because finally non-html-experienced people has to work with the result. They should be able to change each page or add own pages without editing html/css or even php. For headlines on pages should be used <h1>-Tags to keep it SEO-conform. URLs should be chosen always as "speaking" URLs. Something like this "[login to view URL]" is strictly forbidden! The speaking URLs could be look like this: [login to view URL] Only the installed plugins are allowed to be used. If there is the need of another one you have to ask before!
