Create a Custom Wordpress Site based on Design

I have a small jewelry business called VELINA - the current website is www.velinajewelry.com. I am re-designing the entire brand. I designed these Photoshop mock-ups of how I want the site to look and function. Taking all the product content that is currently on our site, I would like to build a development Wordpress site for our new website that I will later transfer over. I'd prefer to keep using WooCommerce as our e-commerce solution. I would like the homepage (reference image [login to view URL]) to be a full screen slider (with video capability), featuring the main menu on the left with an expandable subcategory menu, then turning into a dropdown sub-submenu (reference image [login to view URL]). I'd like widget areas in the footer & a copyright area in the bottom left. I would also like a top menu for CONTACT, MY ACCOUNT, and CART links. Custom arrows on the slider to be gold triangles. I then want the store page to look like image web-store2.jpg. This sidebar still contains main links but now also has a search widget (perhaps the woo commerce search widget). I would like the product catalog to allow for a rollover image like my current theme does [login to view URL] Finally I would like the product page to appear as the image [login to view URL] below. I'd like it to feature a product zoom, product gallery images, etc. I would like the customer to be able to share the product on social media, located on the top right. I would like to also be able to add linked products underneath. I would want to have a [login to view URL] folder that overrides any other styling. I need access to all files in order to make modifications. Pretty tight time frame needed. Looking for someone with attention to detail. Thanks! Tina
