Make a website entirely in Flash. If the user does not have Flash, offer an alternative page explaining that they need Flash and a link to download a Flash plugin. * Make a 4 page site, make sure pages are linked for easy navigation: - Home page with your name and contact information. - An intro page. Almost like a cover letter in a resume. Explain yourself. - Resume page. Offer an HTML and Word version of your resume. - A feedback (contact) page. Basically the same contact information you gave on the home page, but make it a different page. * Mouse roll overs. Have the graphics or text change. * Make sounds for the buttons when the mouse goes over them. * Have a loading message for content that is loading, so the user doesn't wonder what is wrong. I will need the source (.fla) as well. Resume is attached. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
