41008 Gaming Clan Design and Coding

I am looking to have a site designed and coded for a Counter Strike Gaming Clan. I currently have some graphics to work with, but because it looks like a similiar site there will most likely require some modifications and placement. I would like the site to be done in php so that it can work with mysql. You can view the template that you will be working with or if it is easier you will have the flexibility to incorporate your own creativity. [login to view URL] I also would like a logo / banner that wil encorporate the game we play but mostly text of the site name is what I am looking for with maybe some basic flash to set it apart. When you view the template you will get an idea of the type of coding and css work that will be needed in order to make it full fuctional. I would like some type of administrative Cpanel to be able to work with the modules. [login to view URL] you will also notice that the graphic template I have is almost a mirror copy so because of copyright issues and etc.. I will need some changes done. I would like to have this site up and running within the next month or so... that too is flexible.
