Flash-Based avatar creator

To create a dynamic flash-based avatar application where users can select type and color for hat, hair, eyes, eyebrows, nose, face, ears, mouth, neck, arms, torso, legs, height, shirt, pants, shoes, tattoos, weapon. Each item (hair, eyes, etc.) would have 20 different types plus a color wheel to select the shade. Designer would be responsible for providing all artistic and action-script programming necessary and the ability to export character to a jpg and save selection under a username with password.
