Website redesign

A total redesign of [login to view URL] This site will allow business people to connect with like minded people. Each 'dream team' will be split into teams of 6. They will meet every month to share their successes and challenges. Essentially, the purpose of the site is to put give business people the opportinity to promote their business, whilst creating new opportunities and assisting others with their own ideas. We want the website to be chic, smart and inviting. Very people orientated and friendly. We want their to be guest pages and then the members can log into the members areas. Eventually (after 6 months) we want each dream team to have their own area with their own information in there. The template for the website will be chosen from [login to view URL] Attached is a basic layout plan for the first phase of the project. ## Deliverables Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape and 1.0+ of Mozilla
