Small Software Program

I would like a small software program that works on windows, linux and mac computers. The software program should operate as a wordpress theme library where a user can drag and drop wordpress themes into the interface which will display a screenshot of the theme, author and the name of the theme. A user should be able to view a number of themes at once like 10, 20, 50 etc and scroll through them and click next to view more or go back. The purpose of the software is to allow a user to quickly see the wordpress themes they have in their library so they can quickly choose a theme that might be suitable for their site. The software should be easy to update and Adobe Air should be considered subject to your recommendations. In addition, the software should allow me to easily brand it with my logo or affiliate banners. The successful bidder should be available to support any bugs found in the software for 3 months. I look forward to bids from serious bidders only. Users that do not bid will not considered. This is a very simple software application for a professional. I will need to test the software on all platforms before payment is released. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
