simple wysiwyg html editor created

This project is not complicated if you know what you're doing... I want created a very stable, basic, wysiwyg html editor I want it done in Delphi and created so that it **does not require installing any dll's on the computer of the person using it**. It MUST strictly be a .exe file that resides on their computer. I know this is possible because I have seen a program done in delphi that operated exactly this way. *** The best example of what I want - the FREE version of Microsoft FrontPage Express that came with Windows 95/98. I want something very similar with tweaked functionality! [login to view URL] It lets you copy and paste from Word and carried over text formatting (bold, ital, underline, bullets, indent, justify text left, center, right, etc.) This software should allow all normal text formatting right in the program so users can compose right in the program. It should also allow html editing in a separate view. Also, it should let you do tables, insert pictures, horizontal lines, create web links to text and pictures (including _blank, _self, _top, _parent options.) as well as preview in your browser. Attached is a picture of what I think the control bar should look like - but again, remember FrontPage Express - that's basically what I want. ## Deliverables Additional comments: Make sure it has is "find" and "Goto Line" functions in the html view so can go to a specific line of html code. When opening files, need to include .shtml and .asp for file types Must switch back and forth between the normal and html mode and pick up the changes made in html mode. Must include "preview in default web browser" function Must be able to control exactly the width of horizontal lines. Should be able to highlight, right click, choose a percentage or exact pixel width Should have a "right mouse click" that activates a menu to choose the major functions of the program or currnet element Example: cut, copy, paste page properties table properties cell properties paragraph font etc Should have "insert bookmark" (anchor) function Should have "status" bar at the bottom so it shows when you pass the cursor over a hyperlinked object If possible when switching between the normal and html modes, want to have the cursor show up in the general area of the html code as it is in the normal view. Should offer ability to drag cell's borders left and right to change the width of a cell. Should allow you to insert tables, merge/delete cells, change cell attributes, and manipulate tables fully. Should be set up with a simple "splash" screen when the user starts the program up. Will have a help file link to a web page, an about us link as well as all the menu options **THINK SIMPLE - THINK STABLE** The successful bidder will be the person who impresses me and proves to me that they can deliver exactly what I am looking for 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform 1. Windows 98/ME/2000/XP+ 2. NO installation files on the users computer, only a .exe file 3. NOT done in Visual Basic or Java 4. May NOT require any changes to the registry file of the user's computer 5. I have seen this done in Delphi, so I know it can be done.
