Software development - open to bidding

Task: software development of an online marketplace, accessed primarily through smartphone ([login to view URL] site) and then build a mobile app within 2-3 months. We want to create an effective, sleek, simple and intuitive design with quick transitions and low navigation requirements for users and service providers to exchange information and buy/sell services. It will be a online marketplace for services (lessons and tasks, to start with). We will provide a detailed list of product features (for both users and sellers) and functionalities along with a brief on product objective, need to be fulfilled, target users, overall style/look and primary competitors. We are looking for an experienced developer, who will help us design a clean code, We want to hire a developer who has: a) Experience of designing and developing both mobile applications and on [login to view URL] sites, so that the next step of launching the mobile app is incorporated at this stage itself b) Understanding of maximising usability c) Awareness and understanding of latest in web technologies. Sound understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and related technologies. A successful engagement will results in a simple, effective and detailed design flow for the product. This project offers you an opportunity to be involved in complete life cycle of product development - from inception to beta development, testing, feedback review and then final product launch.
