342812 PHP Needs Fixing Up

[login to view URL] I need someone to fix it that php script. Looks like it's only 83 lines but it does deal with a bigger CMS. It's a plugin for the cutenews CMS. I am currently using it on my site [login to view URL] (As an example page) I noticed some few bugs that needs to be fixed...or i'm not sure if they are bugs or not. Here's what I want change. 1) Saves Last X Amount and Keeps last X amount even though if only one user is online viewing 1 item. Because if that was the case (1 user browsing), even though I set as show 10 being viewed, it only shows the 1 last item being viewed by that one user...so Show last 10 amount or X amount instead of being cleared (scripts does it base on users browsing or something, not sure and then clears the file). 2) Don't show the same item twice 3) Check it for security
