Small Application for mobile Phones

I have a database, and I want an application which could search our Database and show results on S40, S60 and Black Berry Phones. The application would be communicate with Database using XML. The appliction would pass three variables from mobile to our server (using XML) and the results would be returned in XML, which has to be shown with pagination. We want to show an image after every 5 search and each time the application is fired up. The company logo would be shown as the application is launched, with an Icon to applicaiton in menu. The source code would be given to us and code quality should be good enough to meet certification criteria of Nokia and Blackberry. We have also included a file which tells about the job a developer has to do to complete the application. The developer have to give us the indented code, along with remarks and comments at various places, so that the source code could be understood. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
