Electric circuit design / inspection work (analog design skills needed)

Hi, This BID is for inspecting and advicing me to get my circuit working. Check attacments. Circuit is designed to catch engine spark signal and modify those suitable to 5V microcontroller / PC inputs. I have done few tests but not succeeded yet. I have equiptment to test it (Fluke 123 oscilloscope, power supply is saddly broken now), but we can test it by other ways also. Here is attached circuit PCB files etc. Hope those helps. You should have also devices and possiblity to measure needed things on real conditions. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
