Web Based Secure Scanning Application(repost)(repost)

This is the second time I have reposted this bid request. I am not getting many bidders because I think they are afraid of the twain scanner interface part of this request. I am completely willing to purchase an activex twain scanner interface seperately to make this project easier to do. I am also willing to make it even simpler if need be by making these changes: -Force the end user to scan all documents to a certain folder -The application will have a local file path stored per user (which should be maintainable by the user) -The application will automatically upload files from this file path This way no scanning will be necessary for the coder. If you choose this method, please let me know in your bid. Thanks, Zack Original bid request post: This application should be written in VB.NET ASP.NET using code behind. The application should allow the user to scan documents using their twain compatible scanner and automatically upload them to the server. The user will be over an internet connection. Some users may even be using a dialup connection, so some sort of queuing system will need to be in place so that multiple documents can be scanned while uploading is going on in the background. The users will not have IT support so the application should be very simple to use and automatic in its scanner configuration. The server will have a ssl certificate installed to protect the information that is being uploaded. I would like for this functionality to be added to an existing application that was created by another rac coder. The included file has more details and a copy of the existing application without source code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
