8078 Need a Web Application Built

I need 2 web applications developed. See examples of below. I want a clone of these apps. [login to view URL] A T-Shirt designer and a Business card designer. Both have a shopping cart built into them. In the business card application I do not need the shopping cart, only the designer. I want mine to work the same, maybe not necessarily look the same but have the same functionality. In both applications you should be able to add Text, photos, colors and choose from a couple of standad backgrounds. The functionality should work like Illustrator, Paint, Photoshop etc, just not as complex. I need only the tools that they have. I had thought about developing these in flash as there are alot of great tools available but that is up to you. This can be built in the program of your choice but it should be self installing, I do plan to resell this once I use it for myself and make the adjustments needed so please keep this in mind when bidding. MOST IMPORTANT****This should be self installing. Please do not waste my time if you cannot do this. Please provide examples of your application building portfolio or scripting.
