We are looking for software modules for optical? microscopy end user applications. The Module should? include the following? image processing features,? * Image acquiring ability from the microscope Plane Correction (Flattening) * Cross-section Profile Analysis * Histogram Analysis * Fourier Transform * Auto Correlation * Cross Correlation * Gradient Images * Image Addition and Subtraction * Color Manipulation * Contrast Enhancement * Zoom * Mirror and Rotation * Copy, Print, and Save * Customizable User Interface * “Sniffer?? for Opening New Files Automatically 1) Estimate of the software engineering effort (in hrs)? for? the module: Requirements Analysis Design Coding Testing (2) We are looking for the software module that can be interfaced either using ACtive X, or .NET or DLL. Cross compatability with linux is a bonus but not compulsory.
