12835 Redesign - Sample Required

PROJECT Redesign for site: [login to view URL] REQUIREMENTS 1. Must maintain a primary purple color theme, per the current branding color of Vikingdevelopment. 2. Must maintian the use of the logo/graphic (located in the upper left area from the five circles) on the home page. 3. Attempt to use the same type font for vikingdevelopment, which is part of their brand. 4. The current site has a function to display 5 images which are linked to 5 related detail pages. The objective it to keep this same idea but have it displayed in a different/new way. 5. There will be a chage in order where the first button (top area) will move to second place. The current second place content will be removed and replaced with new info (see #5 below). 6. New content and images will be provided for the #1 and this property will need to have a more prominent display than the others 2-5. #1 will be a featured property. 7. There will still be a rotation effect where upon loading the site each of the 5 properities will be displayed for a brief period of time, the it will go back to #1 and only display that information. 8. All property images and text will remain the same. I will award several bidder the task of creating a sample design for their bid price. The better your bid price the increased chance you have of being selected. I will choose 3-4 bidders to create a sample redesign and then pick the best one for the full project of redesigning the full site. Your rating and experience will also be considered for awarding you the project. Those that choose to provide a sample in advance will have immediate consideration and high condiseration to be awarded the full project. (If you provide a sample in advance, please either upload your file or provide a link to it.) Quality, professionalish and the ability to follow directions will be critical. DELIVERABLES 1) Complete, full size sample image in .JPG or .PDF format. 2) Sample must comply with the requirements list. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
