33051 Leads Distribute system

Leads Distribute system (Admin) Need to be able to upload leads in Excel format and also be able to email a text format of leads to system. I wanted to upload unlimited amounts of leads to the system. Then be able to assign whatever amount of leads to who ever I want. Want to be able to also track if that Sales rep is working the lead the proper way. If there not working the lead the right way then re-assign the lead to another rep. (User) Each sales rep will have there own username and password and be able to see there leads only. I need them to be able to have a log sheet for them to log their conversation with the customer (a time stamp button) and a call back time with calendar/reminder. When they talk to client then there will be categories that they will be able to pick from to move that client to a working status: App – Application N/I – Not Interested Cls – Loan Closed Already And so forth!
