Drupal mini craigs list .org clone for pet sales classifieds

Hi: I own an established web design / development firm in Denver, CO. We have been working with a drupal developer that we found on this site over 4 years ago. Until now (have not heard from him in 7 days) he has consistently provided great service to us, and we have given him an average of 1 job per week.. He left us in a bad situation, we have 3 projects that need to be finished, and a new one that I would like to offer you as a trial run working together. The first job I would like you to quote me on is a "Craigslist" functionality clone site built in Drupal. This site is based on local ONLY classifieds for pets. there are about 15 categories. The major difference is that there will be no "sub sites" meaning it will only be for the CITY of Denver, Colorado. 1.) Users will need to create accounts in order to post a classified ad. 2.) We will NOT need to attach a phone number to ads like CL currently does, all that is necessary is that a user clicks a link in an email confirmation that the system sends in order for the ad to go live. 4.) The site design I provide, will be as simple html 5.) We do NOT need the event calendar that CL uses. 6.) We do NOT need any internal java mail functions, but we do need the choice of the "anonymous" mail feature that CL uses. If the user chooses to hide his email address.
