Artists' Portfolio Site

Hi, I'm an emerging artist who is in the process of developing an updated portfolio site. To save money I decided to download a free template, then teach myself to code as I was customizing it. It's gone pretty well, but there are still a few minor issues that are beyond my ability to solve. I'm looking for someone who is more capable with code to put the finishing touches on my site. The site is live in its current form, I uploaded it to my domain so that I can test it. You can see it at: [login to view URL] The original template that I downloaded is here: [login to view URL] Also, it uses this popup jquery lightbox for displaying gallery images: [login to view URL] There are a couple small cosmetic changes that I'm having trouble implementing, but the bigger issue is the jquery lightbox, which does not resize properly for different devices/screen sizes, and also lacks certain navigational features. The following is a list of the specific problems I need addressed, with some attached .jpegs to help illustrate exactly what I"m looking for: - Add a spinner .gif to the start while the page is loading. - Have the navigation bar at the top remain stationary, rather than disappearing then reappearing as you scroll down. - Add a second parallax window (like the one in the '[login to view URL]' attachment) that pans over a different image than the first one. Issues specific to the jquery lightbox: - ideally I'd like the current popup ('[login to view URL]') to look like '[login to view URL]', with left and right navigation arrows, the image centred between the navigation bar and the text, a fullscreen white background, and with the navigation bar at the top not hidden behind the popup. - The popup does not resize properly to fit different devices and screen sizes. The problem is most obvious on phones in portrait orientation, but I've also noticed it on laptops and tablets. I've attached some screencaps from my iPhone to show you what I mean. '[login to view URL]' is what it looks like now for most of the pieces, pretty good but not perfect. '[login to view URL]' is where you really see the resizing issue come into play...the image is too big for the screen. - I'd like the fixed popup windows to look like the images in '[login to view URL]' and '[login to view URL]': a fullscreen white background, the menu icon not hidden, image centred between the bottom edge of the menu icon and the top of the text, images scaled properly. - For the popup I would like to implement swipe navigation for touchscreen devices, as you can see in '[login to view URL]'. Upon the first swipe the "swipe to view gallery" note would disappear, then the second swipe would prompt the next image in the slideshow. Please have a look at my specifications, then let me know your estimate of turnaround time and cost, as well as if you foresee any issues fixing these problems as I've described.
