Dear Spirth, We are a South Australian Based Software start-up specialising in enterprise analytics for unstructured data. Our key product, Sintelix, is sold to large corporate, government, security and non-profit organisations around the world. As interest for our products and services increases we need to upgrade our brand identity including website, marketing collateral and business cards etc. We have contacted you directly because your work encourages us to believe you have the design skills to help create a website to help propel us into our next phase of growth. We would like to commission you to style and transform our website front page using your graphic design skills. We are likely to use the Divi theme ([login to view URL] ) for the creation of our website following the development methodology below. • Engage a graphic artist to design and style our website • Engage a copy writer to update the website text • Engage a video developer to create our Explainer Video • Use our own developers to pull together all these resources and create the final website We have created a rough draft of the components we would like to see on our front page, which is attached. We would like you to use that mock-up as a starting point and help us develop a look and feel that is contemporary, engaging and captivating. Specifically, we would like you to: • Create some graphics to go with our existing text, including the video image. • Consider use of colour and fonts • Create a look and feel for the front page that expresses who we are and what we are trying to do. This commission is the first step of the engagement process. If successful we would then ask you to help us with design of the full website. We estimate the value of this may be in the range of $3000-4000 of work over the next 6-8 weeks. There is also potential for further work in developing marketing collateral and more. We have attached some material that may be of help to understand who we are and what we have done in the past. Our current website can be viewed at www.sintelix.com. You will see that it is a little outdated which is why we are looking to you. We have also attached our Website plan to help give you an understanding of what we are seeking to achieve through the redevelopment process. We can make a demo version of the Sintelix software available for you to try, as well as provide access to our training site. The Website Redevelopment document attached has details on how to do so.
