Image Processing - manual stomata measurement

We are interested in the of the size of stomata (the pores on leaves). We have collected images of the stomata using a microscope and would like a freelancer to measure them (length and width) for us. Some of the stomata are difficult to see, but they all need to be counted and the image annotated with the dimensions of the stomata (in pixles) so we can ensure that none have been missed. Please refer to the image titled 'Example Image Annotated' to see an example of what we want and compare it to the image titled 'Example Image' to see what the stomata look like. Do not measure stomata that are not completely covered by the image. We don't mind what software is used (we use ImageJ, which is free), but the resolution of the images must be maintained, and the measurements need to be marked on the image in pixles. We will send the images to the freelancer (using WeTransfer) and the annotated images need to be sent back to us (preferably also using WeTransfer). An example is attached, if you would like to demonstrate your skill please use the image titled 'Test Image'. The results for each image also need to be tabulated in a spread sheet, using the image name as a reference, we will provide the template. We would like a price for the measurement of all of the stomata on 100 images.
