Placing any elements onboard or use module - you should deside what is beter for you. I can place everything. Radar better to use module - it has sensitive antenna - shape of a whole pcb and all elements metters, its material, thickness and soldering mask even. I can copy, but duno if it will work like original. Size limitations? Give more info and lets talk. Bid is not final due to lack of detailes for now. But not 20$ ofc.
