HTML5 Widget for Digital Signage

We are looking for a developer who can help us produce a series of HTML5 widgets for our digital signage channels. <br />We need to follow this Scala infochannel programming guidelines. <br /><br />https://docs.scala.com/display/CM1100/HTML+Programming+Guidelines<br /><br />The first widget we need to produce is a Facebook page scraping widget, this widget needs to show the latest 2 posts on a facebook page. <br /><br />The widget needs to be on a 1920 x 1080 screen.  <br />We need to show first post for 15 seconds and the second one can stay for ever. Ideally we need transitions elements below. <br /><br />We will supply photoshop design. <br /><br />The design will have, facebook logo, client logo, post photo area and post text area. Post time and date. If post has no picture then we will need to show the page logo in the photo area instead.
