Okay here is workscope:
1. We have done two workbooks: OLD and NEW.
2. Old contains UI in VBA ( Click to L-SCP Letter and open the Excel Form-that is intended UI
but cannot print and cannot email and not yet connected for the website for exchange rates to update

3. We need post The NEW on our website mostly in CMS and PhP at [login to view URL] in space under Calculators>Quotation
4. We want hide NEW Quotation Excel workbook to prevent copying
5 We want to display on demand the UI for usage. But it must be functional to convert on hidden NEW Quotation Workbook
User is not experienced, and similar to our UI in Excel Form, VBA is good method (but any easier one is good for us.)
6 User enters under basic, makes choices and provides input he knows, attaches for email all he needs us to see.

7. Under OPTIMIZATION in the Excel Form UI-If he wants to select from two models the best prices with also the display of models and prices 5% up or 5% down here he gets choice and proceeds to local Print and Auto Email (must convert from xls to pdf first)
8. The UI CONFIRMATION is actually hidden from user, It records all the user quotation in summary, and is sent out to our company for our action following the use of our calculators. Entry

9. I do not insist on Excel Form, you can use any suitable method.
10. I understand you need create databases for continuous recording of user particulars, attachments on auto for we look up ( goes with quotation, "print" AND/or pdf and email) separate attachment or together, and for our own internal records as summary per quote and whole year/s quotations issued.

12 You may have to do some V Look Up or IF..THEN to connect up whole response to user.
After we can afford I will send you a step by step how we do manually for past 1 year. It works good, but on internet you have to do a number of things. the designer I used totally ignorant of Excel. I expected that, so I first sent you email early.
