ERPnext upgrade from V12 to V13 at Frappecloud

Hi, We are using [login to view URL] and we want to upgrade from V12 to V13 frappecloud do not provide backend access. I am creating a new site with v13 and uploaded the v12 database. While Frappecloud automated migration. Migration is getting failed.
