I understood you basically need: (1) import data from .csv files into Knack, (2) develop front-end in Knack based on your requirements My time estimations looks like this: difficulty of (1) depends on structure of your data, and difficulty of (2) depends on what are your exact requirements. (1) Developer should know the data semantics (= what these data actually contain, what is their meaning) and (2) your intention (= what you plan to do using Knack). I am too serious to accept any job without knowing the domain. I start each project by gathering requirements (no need to write big formal SRS document, though). Please contact me via chat. I guess, your semantics is something rather straightforward and whole project should took only couple of days. However I am well prepared to do any sophisticated database and app design. Except of others, my CV contains lot of GIS projects with very complex data structures, e.g. I am one of the authors of MySQL DB spatial extension that started as a commercial project and then was used in MySQL version 4.1 as world #1 choice for open source developers. This is why I have R-tree in my Freelancer.com picture (R-tree is data structure speeding up search algorithms in spatial databases).
